The only thing I liked in the hotel was location. It's just about 100 meters from Termini Station.
There was no fridge and no kettle in the room. The toilet was quite smelly. The room was located on the floor without lift and my suitecase was my own problem. Nobody bothered to help me. Moreover, our last night the electricity was swithched off and we could not charge battery.
It was close to the station and it was easy to walk to many of the attractions from here.
The breakfast was very basic, and the fact that the rooms were seperated from the main reception.
Everything was so bad...the room....the staff and the breakfast. No towels in the room..no heating ...very dim lights....bathroom was very bad....bed was horrible. I had booked the "Double/Twin Room with Balcony" for 1 Night but they gave me room without balcony and said that the hotel is fully booked so no room left with balcony.
It's very good hotel for it's location. Food was good.
Very close to Roma Termini station. We stayed in an attic-like room opposite the side of the big street so it was very quiet, plus there was a tiny terrace. Felt a bit like a Paris apartment on the 6th floor. The room was basic but clean, got enough light, the shower was hot, and the reception people were kind. The breakfast was given at a nearby bar, which was nice. All this, and with a double room below 100 euros in central Rome, I don't understand the low rating given to this hotel. I would gladly stay here again.
The only problem we had was with how the shower was installed; there was no wall to hold back the water from flooding the whole bathroom floor.
LOCATION.Hotel is situated near Termini station and you have a good connection to all other parts of Roma.
The only think I didn't like about hotel are vibrations caused by metro and tram.
Not one single thing.
The staff were extremely rude, asked for payment up front, kept the TV remote behind the reception desk and asked us to hand it back when leaving - we were made to feel like unwelcome criminals!! The area was rough, with lots of gangs hanging about outside the hotel and in the hallway. I never stayed anywhere so horrible before.
Not a lot. The staff were nice.
Six flights up although they had a lift. No Tea/coffee facilities. Decor:- was needing renewed. Bed was very lumpy.
Great location with easy access to public transport and walking distance to the city centre. Many restaurants at the area and for all budgets. Direct train service from the airport to station almost next to the hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast served at the restaurant nearby (only coffee, bread and croissant). Small balconies were nice, corner room have a bigger "roof terrace". Room was small, but big enough for a couple (do not recommed for families). We did get room already at 12.00 and had a late checkout also.
At first I thought, Oh No! But despite the dated interior the room was clean, & the staff where very friendly. We had 2 young children with us which wasn't ideal for this top floor hotel only due to the fact that alot of young people stay here & it was a little noisy at night, mind you we were too tired from sightseeing to care! The area is a but iffy at night but that is common when you stay so close to the main train station. We were out sightseeing all day so this room served its purpose as a clean, comfortable place to sleep.
Dated, fading interior but upon closer inspection it was clean & thats all that matters to me!
Location, clean, helpful staff, great sized rooms
It's on the 5th-6th floor, homeless people at night time on the ground floor entrance but nothing too serious
A great italian restaurant is in the ground floor of the hotel building
Prices are extremely high for a 2 stars hotel. Plus there is a 2 Euro/per night for each person added on your bill as a tax which was not mentioned before!!
The only good that came out of our stay at this hotel was the proximity of it and the train station.
This hotel was severely overpriced. We had to carry our luggage (which was a little heavy) up two flights of stairs because the elevator only went to the fifth floor. The hotel is located in a building with two or three other hotels in the same building. There was a large open area where you have to wait for the elevator where homeless people lived. Our room was freezing cold and the heat only turns on when the key is in the room. The "bath towels" were more like table cloths and were not usable. The walls were paper thin so we could hear everything in the room beside us. The desk attendants preferred to sleep instead of man the desk at night. The electricity went out for over an hour. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!
The hotel is based very central, walking minutes away from Termini railway station and the Colosseum. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Very noisy! Sleeping was a real problem. Closed window cuts the street's noise, but a group of young Spanish shouted and banged doors for two nights in a row, no fun...
The location is very good, very close to Roma Termini and easy to find. Staff is very nice and helpful.
Not recommend to book the room with balcony, city view as it was mentioned in room detail. Coz it is on 6th floor but there is an elevator til 5th floor. Balcony in the room is very small and for the city view we can see only the roof of building around the hotel.
